H36 Slant Bed CNC Lathe

2. The square rails on the X and Z axes are hardened and precision ground for superior quality. The mating surfaces between the slide base and the slide and the slide are coated with wear-resistant media and subsequently precision scraped to ensure accuracy and durability.
3. The 30° slanting bed structure ensures the carrying of heavy loads while significantly improving space utilization, making the lathe more compact and occupying a smaller area. In addition, the structure is more conducive to chip removal, the lathe adopts semi-guarded design and is equipped with three-sided chip collector, which makes the chip removal process simple and fast.
