Shanghai Turbo Lathe Machine Co., Ltd. is subordinate to Zhejiang Zhongxing CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, design, production and sales of CNC lathes and vertical machining centres. The company owns 35,000+ square metres of standard and modern plant, with more than 300 employees and more than 200 authorised patents. The annual output of all kinds of machine tools is 10,000 sets, and the annual output value has increased more than 30% for 3 consecutive years.
We have advanced technical advantages and testing equipments in manufacturing and assembly process technology of high precision machine tool components, and have the ability to develop and test new products independently. Our main products include vertical machining centres and CNC lathes, all of which are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality standards, and are CE certified, with export standards to Europe.

Development History
- 1986Yuhuan Instrument Machine Tool Factory (the predecessor of Zhongxing) was established to produce instrument lathes.
- 1999The company transformed from instrument lathe to popular CNC lathe, successfully developed the first CNC machine tool and put it into production.
- 2003Expanded the scale of the plant, from the previous 10,000 square metres of ordinary plant expansion upgraded to 30,000+ square metres of modern plant.
- 2008Zhongxing CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd was established.
Successively developed the CNC lathe with linear guideway gang type CNC lathe, the representative models are H32, H36.
- 2010Established foreign trade department to expand overseas market
Now sold to Europe, South America and many other markets
- 2014The first turret CNC lathe was successfully developed and started mass production.
The company has won the title of ‘Taizhou High-tech Enterprise’, ‘National Quality Top Ten’, ‘Taizhou Famous Brand Product’ and so on.
- 2015Successfully developed double spindle CNC lathe and put it into production.
Recognised as ‘Yuhuan Three Dragons Enterprise’.
Identified as ‘Taizhou R&D Centre Enterprise’.
- 2020We have been awarded ‘National High-tech Enterprise’ and ‘Made in Zhejiang Quality Brand Certification’.
- 2021Identified as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the third batch of speciality, speciality and new ‘small giant’ enterprises.
- 2024The foreign trade department exceeded the annual export volume of 500 sets in 2024, reaching an all-time high.
